2024 Forms & Documents
The following waiver must be filled out and completed prior to practicing or arrival on race day. The team captain is responsible for the collection of these documents from their team members. Please note, photo IDs are not required on this years festival waiver. However, all paddlers should have ID with them at the race in case a paddlers identification is called into question.


The training waiver and the festival waiver are a single document this year. All waivers turned in for practice will be transferred to the race site and already on-hand for race day. Any paddler that does not participate in training, will need to bring their completed waiver on race day.
